The Ministers and Highest Authorities of Science and Technology present a forum for dialogue on the role played by science, technological engineering, and innovation in the development of the Americas, in this sixth edition under the topic “Harnessing the Power of Science and Transformative Technologies to Promote our Communities Towards the Future ”.
5 axes will be developed:
• Science and Technology to build Resilience within the framework of sustainable development;
• Youth: Enhance Skills and Readiness for Industry 4.0;
• Science, Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship to promote the inclusion of women and girls, and other populations in situations of vulnerability;
• Effective public-private-academia collaboration to improve competitiveness and quality of life;
• Technological foresight as an input for public policy decisions.
The virtual session will address the 3 of the axes in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, separated by a break.
