Aryanne Quintal is a Specialist in the Competitiveness, Innovation and Technology Section of the Organization of American States (OAS). In her current position, she participates in the formulation, execution and evaluation of multiple regional development and training initiatives in the areas of: technology transfer and commercialization; prospective and technological surveillance; transformative technologies and the workforce of the future; engineering education; national quality infrastructure; and diversity and inclusion in STEM. She also supports, as the main point of contact, the highest level hemispheric science and technology dialogues in the region, such as the Inter-American Meeting of Ministers and High Authorities of Science and Technology (REMCYT) and the Inter-American Commission on Science and Technology (COMCYT ). In addition, she is an international guest speaker on various STI topics for social and economic development in Latin America and the Caribbean. She holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), Canada, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the same University.
