Paulina Rodriguez Salinas - Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Analyst


Administrator and data analyst of the research project “Women and Cryptocurrencies”. She was a consultant at the Secretariat of Agrarian, Land, and Urban Development (SEDATU, Mexico), Former director of international affairs for Mexico's PROSPERA social program, a conditional cash transfer program that benefited more than six million families and has been replicated in 52 countries. Co-author of the research on the first global report on the participation of women in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and the role it plays in their financial independence. Expert in public policy and social development with more than ten years working in the public sector.

She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration, a Specialty in Politics and Social Development Management from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences in the field of Social Sciences, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.
