He is Principal CEO of IPPBLOCK, President of the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade (Kozolchyk National Law Center), member of IESA Panama. He was a Senior Advisor at Interlink Capital Strategies Company and a Lead Innovation Specialist at the IDB. Entrepreneur, an international specialist in intellectual property, defense of competition and regulation of new technologies, author of the book “Innovation, Startups and Intellectual Property Management: Strategies and Evidence from Latin America and Other Countries” (Springer International, 2017). He is a lawyer from Andrés Bello Catholic University and holds an LLM from Queen Mary College London. He has a Ph.D. from University College London and an MBA from Francisco Marroquín University.
