Mexican diplomat, Ambassador of the Mexican Foreign Service, graduated with a degree in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Master in International Service from the American University of Washington, DC and has been Director of Educational Publications of the Ministry of Public Education and Deputy Director General of Educational and Cultural Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Relations.
